Palm Island is a modern waterfront retreat designed to balance openness and privacy. The architecture is composed of clean volumes and layered horizontal lines that extend toward the water, framing wide views and creating a strong sense of rhythm. Floor to ceiling glass connects interior spaces to the bay, while natural materials like stone, wood, and smooth plaster add warmth and texture to the crisp geometry. Deep rooflines and shaded terraces offer protection from the sun and soften the transitions between indoor and outdoor living. Every element is designed with intention — to reflect the light, invite calm, and offer a peaceful experience of home on the water.
