Situated within the waterfront landscape of Sunny Isles Beach, St. Tropez Condos was designed to deliver a contemporary residential experience inspired by the sophistication and lifestyle of the Mediterranean Riviera. The project’s modern architectural expression emphasizes expansive glass façades, flowing balconies, and open residential layouts that maximize natural light while creating uninterrupted connections to the surrounding bay and ocean views. Through clean architectural lines and thoughtfully integrated outdoor spaces, the design reflects a refined coastal living experience rooted in luxury and relaxation.

The design approach focused on creating a resort-inspired residential environment centered around comfort, wellness, and waterfront living. Curated amenity spaces, landscaped outdoor areas, and contemporary residential interiors were carefully integrated to enhance the lifestyle experience while maintaining a strong relationship between architecture and the surrounding coastal setting.
