Sunny Isles, Florida 

Situated along the oceanfront of Sunny Isles Beach, Chateau Beach Residences was designed to create a contemporary residential experience inspired by the movement and fluidity of the surrounding coastline. The tower’s sculptural form and sinuous balconies reflect the natural rhythm of ocean waves while maximizing panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and neighboring park landscape. Through expansive glass façades, open floorplans, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, the project emphasizes light, openness, and connection to its waterfront setting.

The design approach focused on combining resort-inspired luxury with a refined residential atmosphere centered around wellness, privacy, and elevated living. Amenities including a wellness spa, wine lounge, cigar bar, relaxation terraces, and oceanfront recreational spaces were thoughtfully integrated to enhance the resident experience while maintaining a strong architectural relationship to the surrounding environment. Through its contemporary expression, flowing architectural language, and emphasis on lifestyle-driven design, Chateau Beach Residences contributes to the evolving identity of luxury coastal living in South Florida.
