Ocean II is a beachfront high-rise that blends modern luxury with timeless vertical elegance. The architecture is defined by its clean lines, glass façades, and strong structural rhythm offering every residence unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Recessed balconies and large spans of floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the interiors while providing privacy and passive shading.

The building’s orientation and narrow profile are designed to maximize sea breezes and enhance the connection between indoor living and the surrounding coastal landscape. Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design approached the project with a focus on clarity, proportion, and simplicity resulting in a tower that rises with grace, grounded in both place and purpose.
