The project carefully preserves the timeless identity of the original structure while introducing refined hospitality spaces, curated interiors, and a resort-inspired atmosphere rooted in the elegance and lifestyle of South Beach.

The design approach focused on restoring and enhancing the building’s historic architectural detailing while seamlessly integrating modern hospitality amenities, lush outdoor environments, and thoughtfully designed guest experiences. Through a balance of preservation, contemporary luxury, and tropical hospitality design, The Plymouth South Beach creates an intimate hospitality environment centered around sophistication, comfort, and the timeless character of Miami Beach.
