The project’s architectural expression emphasizes bold contemporary forms, expansive glazing, activated streetscapes, and integrated public environments that create a strong connection between the building and the surrounding cultural district.

The design approach focused on creating a dynamic urban environment through thoughtfully integrated office, retail, hospitality, and public gathering spaces designed to foster interaction, creativity, and connectivity. Through a balance of modern architectural language, pedestrian-oriented planning, and experiential urban design, The Gateway at Wynwood contributes to the continued transformation of Wynwood as one of Miami’s most influential cultural and mixed-use destinations.
