Located within Miami’s evolving urban landscape, Space 01 was designed as a contemporary multi-family residential development centered around modern urban living, connectivity, and lifestyle-driven experiences. The project’s architectural expression emphasizes clean contemporary lines, expansive glazing, and thoughtfully integrated outdoor environments that maximize natural light while creating a seamless relationship between the residences and surrounding cityscape.

The design approach focused on creating a dynamic residential atmosphere through curated amenity spaces, contemporary residential interiors, wellness-focused environments, and communal gathering areas designed to foster interaction, comfort, and elevated everyday living. Through a balance of modern architectural language, functional residential planning, and refined urban design, Space 01 contributes to the continued evolution of contemporary multi-family living in Miami.
