The project’s architectural expression emphasizes clean contemporary lines, expansive glazing, and thoughtfully integrated balconies and outdoor environments that maximize natural light while creating strong visual connections to Biscayne Bay and the surrounding Miami skyline.

The design approach focused on creating a lifestyle-driven residential atmosphere through curated amenity spaces, contemporary residential interiors, wellness-focused environments, and communal gathering areas designed to foster comfort, interaction, and relaxation. Through a balance of modern architectural language, functional residential planning, and refined urban coastal design, New Wave contributes to the continued evolution of contemporary multi-family living within Miami’s Edgewater district.
