Project Summary
La Mare is a boutique waterfront residence defined by warm, natural materiality a stepped, geometric massing wrapped in vertical wood cladding and cascading greenery, with terraces staggered to create deep shadow lines and generous outdoor living space at every level. Floor-to-ceiling glass and a softly folded silhouette give the building a residential, tactile warmth rare for the waterfront, while a plant-covered entry gate and motor court set a natural, understated arrival sequence. Inside, a double-height lobby anchored by a sculptural cantilevered staircase and a suspended linear light installation carries the same organic, textural language indoors. Atop the building, an expansive rooftop pool deck by palm trees, sunken lounges, and a sculptural bar pavilion opens directly onto Biscayne Bay, with private dockage below completing La Mare's connection to the water. Set along the Intracoastal, the building pairs a warm, sculptural architectural language with a fully immersive waterfront lifestyle, from private yacht access to panoramic bay views.
