MIAMI RIVER
Project Summary
Anchored along the southern edge of the Miami River beneath the I-95 corridor, this 10- acre masterplan reimagines the waterfront as a connected urban destination. Four sculpted towers rise from a landscaped podium that integrates residences, hospitality, retail, and public amenities within a seamless pedestrian network. Elevated walkways link the development to the Riverwalk and Jose Martà Park, extending the city’s riverfront experience through tree-lined paths and shaded gathering spaces.
Curved glass façades mirror the flow of the river, bringing light and transparency into the architecture while framing panoramic views of the Miami skyline. At the ninth level, a 6,000-square-foot sky plaza unites all four towers through gardens and social terraces, blending nature and design into a vertical community that reflects Miami’s evolving relationship with its waterfront.
