The project carefully restored and preserved the architectural identity and historic character of the original mid-century structures while introducing refined modern residential elements that complement the surrounding waterfront environment and cultural heritage of Miami Beach.

The design approach focused on honoring the timeless architectural character of the original property through the preservation of historic detailing, landscaped courtyards, and waterfront gathering spaces while seamlessly integrating contemporary residences, modern amenities, and expansive views of Biscayne Bay. Through a balanced dialogue between preservation and contemporary coastal living, Capri South Beach creates a sophisticated residential experience rooted in heritage, elegance, and the evolving lifestyle of Miami Beach.
