The proposed elderly, multifamily residential development of Esmeralda Bay will be comprised of a thirteen (13) story building with a total of 96 units. Located in the neighborhood of Allapattah, the residential development provides a number of amenities including: one and two bedroom units, fitness center, community room, parking garage and putting green. The affordable housing community seeks to revitalize an under developed area and proposes a number of improvements to the infrastructure surrounding the project site.
