Project Summary

Cabo San Jose introduces a low-rise beachfront resort campus to the Baja coastline, anchored by a cluster of terraced, glass-wrapped buildings set between the mountains and the sea, with private beachfront casitas extending the development down to the sand. A vibrant, mural-clad art tower marks the arrival sequence, its colorful mosaic crown and sculptural cantilevered canopy giving the resort a distinct cultural identity against the surrounding desert-mountain backdrop. Layered pool terraces, sunken gardens, and shaded lounge courts step down toward the beach, framed by dense palm plantings that soften the transition between building and shoreline. Suspended planters and hanging greenery animate the porte-cochère and arrival courts, while a perforated, artist-designed screen wall establishes a distinctive, site-specific entry threshold. Cabo San Jose reflects a resort masterplanning approach that pairs terraced, view-oriented architecture with vibrant local artistry and a continuous beachfront amenity sequence to create an immersive coastal destination.
