A textured stone base and warm wood-clad canopy ground the building at street level, while laser-cut metal screens and full-height glazing bring pattern and light to the upper floors. Inside, the design carries the same layered materiality into its social spaces — a moody, marble-clad bar and lounge, wrapped in bronze fretwork screens and backlit wine displays, sets a refined tone for guests before they head up to the rooftop. There, a wraparound pool deck framed by striped cabanas and skyline views offers an elevated outdoor retreat above the city.
