The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel & Residences is a masterclass in architectural preservation and contemporary transformation. Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design played a key role in restoring and expanding this historic Miami Beach landmark originally opened in 1930 into a world-class destination that merges timeless glamour with modern luxury.
The design integrates the original Mediterranean Revival structure with sleek, light-filled residential towers and a world-renowned hotel. Expansive glazing, deep terraces, and restrained material palettes create a serene beachfront experience, while the restored clubhouse anchors the project with cultural and architectural heritage. This is a place where past and present meet elevated by craftsmanship, precision, and a deep respect for place.
