Project Summary
Intracoastal Residence is a contemporary waterfront home designed around openness, light, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Expansive glazing, floating rooflines, and polished concrete-inspired finishes create a refined tropical modern aesthetic while maximizing views of the Intracoastal.
At the center of the home, a custom multi-story aquarium uniquely separates the living spaces, functioning as both a spatial divider and a living architectural feature. Paired with sculptural staircases, soft curves, and natural textures, the residence blends modern geometry with immersive waterfront living.
