TD BANK
Project Summary
Miami, FloridaÂ
In the TD Bank project, Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design approached the design challenge with clarity, context, and a commitment to identity. Rather than merely housing a banking branch, the building is conceived as a neighbor to its surroundings integrating with pedestrian flow, urban rhythm, and the civic scale. The façade is articulated with rhythm, modern materials, and an architectural language that feels both approachable and distinct.
Inside, functionality and presence converge. Spatial layout, light, and circulation are organized to foster transparency and ease of use. Materials and detailing are carefully selected to support durability, calm professionalism, and human scale. What we bring to the table is more than programmatic resolution it’s the ability to transform a financial typology into an architecture of presence: where identity, trust, and context are built into every gesture.
