PARAMOUNT BAY
Project Summary
Miami, FloridaÂ
Paramount Bay is a sculpted glass tower designed to reflect and enhance its Biscayne Bay surroundings. Its curved façade and horizontal emphasis create a dynamic presence that shifts with light and perspective. The design is rooted in fluidity balconies stretch continuously across the exterior, while the building's orientation ensures panoramic views from every residence. Kobi Karp’s approach blends sleek modernism with a sensitivity to water, wind, and light.
The structure is as much about experience as it is about aesthetics. Residents arrive through a private porte-cochère into a resort-style lobby that opens directly to the bay. Inside, high ceilings, full-height windows, and clean lines frame each interior as an extension of the landscape. Paramount Bay’s architecture invites calm, elevates luxury, and celebrates Miami’s unique relationship between sky and sea.
