Situated within Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood, 63 Nobe was designed as a contemporary multi-family residential development centered around modern coastal living, refined residential experiences, and a strong connection to the surrounding urban and beachfront environment. The project’s architectural expression emphasizes clean modern forms, expansive glazing, and thoughtfully integrated outdoor spaces designed to maximize natural light while enhancing the relationship between the residences and the surrounding neighborhood context.

The design approach focused on creating an elevated residential atmosphere through curated amenity spaces, contemporary interior planning, wellness-oriented environments, and communal gathering areas designed to foster comfort, relaxation, and connectivity. Through a balance of modern architectural language, functional multi-family planning, and sophisticated coastal residential design, 63 Nobe contributes to the evolving identity of luxury living within Miami Beach’s North Beach corridor.
