Lauderhill Market Place

Project Summary
Lauderhill Marketplace introduces a large-scale, master-planned mixed-use destination to Broward County, anchored by a series of sculptural residential towers wrapped in sweeping, ribbon-like balconies. The design's signature curved massing creates a fluid, dynamic silhouette across the skyline, while deep balcony overhangs provide shade and texture along every elevation. At the heart of the development, a landscaped podium level weaves together courtyard pools, elevated green space, and pedestrian promenades, knitting the residential towers together with groundfloor retail and dining. Structured parking and active street-level frontage activate the perimeter, while waterfront edges and palm-lined plazas extend the development's public realm outward into the surrounding community. Lauderhill Marketplace reflects Kobi Karp's approach to largescale urban placemaking — pairing sculptural architecture with vibrant, walkable mixed-use programming to create a true live-work-play destination.
