The Lime, Grenada 

Inspired by the relaxed sophistication and natural beauty of tropical island living, Spice Island was designed to create a luxury hospitality experience rooted in wellness, exclusivity, and a strong connection to its surrounding coastal environment. The project’s architectural expression emphasizes open-air living, expansive waterfront views, natural materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions that immerse guests within the tropical landscape while delivering a refined resort atmosphere.

The design approach focused on creating an elevated hospitality environment through thoughtfully integrated amenity spaces, curated landscapes, and contemporary architectural detailing that balances luxury with authenticity. Resort-inspired accommodations, wellness-focused experiences, and intimate gathering spaces were carefully incorporated to foster relaxation, privacy, and connection to the natural surroundings. Through its tropical architectural language and emphasis on experiential hospitality, Spice Island creates a timeless resort destination centered around comfort, elegance, and island living.
