WeWork Miami beach
Project Summary
WeWork is reimagined by Kobi Karp Architecture. The workplace is made for collaboration, identity, and urban vitality. The design treats co-working as architectural opportunity: balancing structure and flexibility, form and openness. With considered articulation, daylight strategies, and contextual sensitivity, the building transcends a mere workspace it becomes a place that invites energy, connection, and presence. Inside, every space is composed to support productivity, community, and experience. Circulation is intuitive and light-filled; gathering and quiet zones are arranged to foster collaboration and focus. Materials, finishes, and detailing uphold a refined but accessible aesthetic. What we bring to the table is more than programmatic resolution it’s the ability to transform work environments into destinations of identity, where architecture amplifies purpose, communal energy, and human scale.
