Moxy Hotel & CVS Coming To Washington Avenue

The project will include the partial demolition and renovation of a historic retail building at 915 Washington Avenue, along with the addition of a 7-story hotel with 204 rooms. At the north end of the block, construction is already underway on what will become a CVS store, according to Bryan Cook, a regional director of real estate for the chain. Kobi Karp is the architect of the hotel, with interiors by Rockwell Group.
