PINE TREE CANAL
Project Summary
Water and light interplay within a modern residence that is intricately woven with layered geometries. The design embodies a familial essence characterized by elongated horizontal rooflines, punctuated by deep eaves, and open floor plans that facilitate natural air circulation while framing views of the expansive canal beyond.
Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing integrates the interior spaces with the surrounding landscape, fostering a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The use of natural materials, wood, stone, and concrete, imbues the stark architectural lines with warmth and depth, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
Every design element is meticulously positioned, from the elegantly shaded terraces to the tranquil inner courtyards, creating a cohesive family of spaces that balance both expansive dining areas and intimate retreats. The result is a serene living environment, harmoniously connected to nature, mirroring the tranquility of the waterfront.
