Located on a pristine beach-front property in the exclusive Sunny Isles Beach, the design vision for the Jade Beach Sales Center was to create a pristine modern massing to provide a luxurious center for prospective clients of the high-rise residential development. The structure is raised in order to have direct views to the Atlantic Ocean. The design 20,000 sf sales center served to compliment the fifty-story Jade Beach Ocean Beach resort.
