CANCUN TOWN CENTER

The Cancún Town Center project will be developed in three phases that culminate in the creation of a proper City Center in accordance to the land that was granted by the Direccion General de Desarollo Urbano (General Urban Development). The architecturally modern design seeks to improve the quality of space that welcomes visitors into the commercial area of Cancún, which has been characterized by a constant urban transformation, undoubtedly, the product of a privileged tourist scene in Mexico’s Caribbean coast. The Town Center will consist of two office towers boasting a number of amenities , commercial spaces and parking garages.
