Building our Legacy
With over 30 years of excellence, Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design (KKAID) began as a small, ambitious studio with a deeply rooted passion for designing spaces that connect with people on an emotional and functional level. From 2005 to 2020, the firm operated from its original location on Biscayne Boulevard, where it grew steadily—expanding its team, refining its design vision, and building a diverse portfolio across Miami and beyond.
In 2020, KKAID relocated to the historic Miami Ad School building, a space known for its creative legacy. Rather than erase the past, the firm embraced it—preserving meaningful architectural elements while reimagining the building through its unique lens of architectural and interior design. There designed space became a physical representation of KKAID’s identity: a blend of innovation and history, creativity and purpose.
Over the years, the firm has evolved into an internationally recognized name, with projects across the Caribbean, Middle East, Far East, Gulf region, and Black Sea. While its reach has expanded globally, KKAID’s roots in Miami remain strong—grounded in the belief that architecture should reflect character, connect with people, and harmonize with the environment.
