With occupancy slated for Spring 2016, The Surf Club Four Seasons, which is branded and managed by the Four Seasons, the world’s leading luxury hospitality company, will create a unique hospitality and residential experience. The development features an 77-room Four Seasons Hotel; two 12-story residential towers comprised of 150 homes, including 12 penthouses; a private membership club; two restaurants; four swimming pools; a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center; more than 40 beach cabanas; and an expansive park and oceanside gardens.
