The Real Deal: Luxury furniture brand moving near Design District
Project Summary
Addison House, a luxury, contemporary furniture company, will open its third South Florida location near Miami’s Midtown and Design District neighborhoods, The Real Deal has learned. The new 11,501-square-foot showroom will be designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and is set to open early next year, according to Metro 1. The brokerage, management and development company brokered the deal on the seller’s side for the lease on the corner of 36th Street and North Miami Avenue.
