Dexigner: Kobi Karp Designs Nautical Project in Yachting Capital of the World

Project Summary

Dec 18, 2016 Miami-based Kobi Karp is the architect for the new oceanfront Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale. Kobi designed the exterior of the building to resemble a ship, as the development resides in the yachting capital of the world. Fort Lauderdale will offer an opulent lifestyle and access to some of the most renowned deep-water marinas in the U.S. Tara Bernerd & Partners was responsible for the full interior architecture and design for the hotel rooms, lobbies, bar and all day dining, spa, and all private residences. Martin Brudnizki has envisioned the culinary experience at Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale as an extension of Fort Lauderdale's rich yachting history, designing the beach's two most desired epicurean experiences - an indoor-outdoor restaurant with adjacent pool bar and a fine dining experience with terraced veranda - as well as the Ocean Terrace in collaboration with Fernando Wong.
