A 13-story tower named Ellipsis a block off Biscayne Bay has been proposed for Edgewater, per The Next Miami, potentially bringing 34 more units (no more than five per floor) to the booming area north of downtown Miami.
Ellipisis is proposed to include 34 units, in a tower designed by architect Kobi Karp.
The property site is at 702 and 708 Northeast 26 Street, across from the Missoni Baia site and behind the Onyx on The Bay condo building.
The plans call for parking, a pool deck, and rooftop space.
One World Properties is the developer and the project is expected to be reviewed by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board next week.
