The City of Miami Urban Design Review Board unanimously approved the plans for 1101 Brickell, also known as Panorama Tower. Rising 868 feet and 85 stories high, Panorama is a mixed-use residential property and the tallest building in Florida. By preserving two existing office buildings on Brickell Avenue and attaching them to Panorama, the historic Brickell Avenue and Brickell Bay Boulevard are connected. Paseo bifurcated the site from north to south, east to west, creating a design that allows for a “street porch” effect on Brickell Avenue. This promotes pedestrian interaction with visual passages. Panorama is a unique multi-use building, blending new and existing developments in an urban harmonious fashionable way.
