Location: North Bay Village FL
The Bridgewater’s architectural concept was inspired by the beautiful water surroundings, neighboring marinas and site in order to create a visual landmark within a context of older residential towers. The tower’s gradual contours offers each resident a variety of unique living spaces with extensive waterfront views.
Ultimately the building’s design attention to detail and blue windows conspire to reflect the shimmering waters below while the structure’s white lines are clean and sweeping allowing the building’s placement to seamlessly fit into the surrounding area and not be too much of juxtaposition. The structure also gives residents a strong connection with the natural environment by building on the relationship of bringing the outside in and also creating large outdoor/indoor living areas.
