Kobi Karp has designed a still unnamed and rather corporate-looking 38-story condo with a vertigo-inducing pool deck for Hallandale Beach that would literally tower over its neighbors, including Related Group's Beachwalk (development underway) and Apogee Beach (finished last year), just a block west on Hallandale Boulevard. Narrow and glassy, the condo includes 64 residential units (making that less than two per floor) and the now-seemingly-requisite robotic parking garage. The project is going through the approval process now.
