Fort Partners is developing the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale.
Upon completion in 2020, the development will have 90 private residences and 130 guestrooms. Four Seasons will manage both the hotel and the residences. The 22-story oceanfront property will have hotel rooms on the fourth through the 11th floors, while the residences begin on the fifth floor.
Fort Partners' founder Nadim Ashi and principal Ramzi Achi are leading the design team, while Miami-based architect Kobi Karp is the architectural mastermind behind the development. For the interior design, London-based Tara Bernerd drew inspiration from the property’s location. London-based hospitality designer Martin Brudnizki designed the property's restaurants, lounges and pool areas. Meanwhile, Fernando Wong is the landscape architect for Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, which will have one-third of the property devoted to green space. Wongs referred to this property’s landscape design as a "civilized jungle", and he will use palm trees and native plants on both the ground floor and the third floor oceanfront pool deck.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale will have an oceanfront terrace on the third floor with two pools, cabanas, a Four Seasons spa and fitness center.
A restaurant with interior and alfresco seating will also be on the oceanfront terrace with a pool bar, lounge and an ocean-view outdoor café.
Designed by Tara Bernerd & Partners, the residences will range in size from one to four bedrooms, measuring from 780 square feet (72 square meters) to more than 6,000 square feet (560 square meters). The tallest floors of the building will have four penthouses and three Sky Homes with 20-foot (6-meter) ceilings.
Residence owners will have access to the services and amenities from the hotel.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale is the third collaboration between Four Seasons and Fort Partners, joining Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club.
