Construction Begins On 1st Of 3 High-Rise Marina Pointe Condos

TAMPA, FL — BTI Partners has begun site work at Marina Pointe including construction of its 150-slip deep-water marina in the Westshore Marina District. The 52-acre mixed-use community will also include specialty shops, restaurants and green space.

Once completed, Marina Pointe will consist of three luxury condominium towers. Marina Pointe’s first tower will include 113 condominiums and seven town homes with views of Tampa Bay and the St. Petersburg skyline. The tower is projected to be completed at the end of 2021.

Residents will have access to resort-style amenities, Tampa’s largest marina and the Westshore Marina District’s town center. The walkable community is located at the intersection of Gandy and South West Shore boulevards.

The waterfront condominiums were designed by world-renowned architect Kobi Karp and feature open-living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows, deep terraces and verandas offering panoramic sunrise and sunset views from nearly every residence. Condos will start at $700,000.

The project’s full-service marina is on a 13-acre deep-water basin and will accommodate vessels from 40 to more than 100 feet in length and provide owners with available concierge boat services including a dock master, detailing and maintenance and professional boat charters.
