Location: St. Petersburg FL
Located along a major thoroughfare in the city of St. Petersburg, the Art-Village Landmark project offers the ultimate in elegant, urban living. The twin, 32-story condominium towers with 503 units will also include galleries and studios accompanied by residential lofts above; two bistros/restaurants and rooftop sculpture gardens and courtyards.
The development will include the largest glass center in the country as part of the two block art village. The design inspiration for the project was derived from the glass center’s crystalline concept directly influencing the project’s unique opportunity to create a working, living and urban space along the street, inclusive of the open courtyards reflecting the positive and negative spaces of the glass sculpture elements. The project will also be home to Dale Chihuly’s largest permanent collection with more than 6,000 sf of gallery space which will also house an educational nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting an enriched art community.
